About Coach
Brittany Davis
Playing Career
Native to the DMV, Coach Davis played for River Hill High School where she holds the record for top leading scorer, most blocks, and rebounds in school history.
Other accolades include Player of the Year, FOX45 Player of the Year, 1st Team All-Met and others. Coach Davis was awarded a full scholarship to play for Virginia Tech Women's Basketball where she was also named team Captain in her junior and senior year. In 2021, Coach Davis played for a semi pro team and decided it may be time to hang up the shoes and teach the game she loves.
Education
Coach Davis embodies what it is to be a student-athlete. She graduated from Virginia Tech where she earned her degree in English with a minor in Secondary Education. She holds a Master's Degree from Walden University and is currently working on her PhD from MaryMount University.
Coaching
Coach Davis started her coaching career in 2011, at Montrose Christian School in Rockville. She signed her first D1 player to Hampton University during that season. She transitioned to coach middle school boys and 17u boys while also coaching with top AAU programs in the DMV.
Personal
In her free time, Coach Davis enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants in the DMV.
